Good quality for the price. Some of our group found the cement floor uncomfortable but in general it was a great place to stay. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes.

Positive: Great location for venturing out of Quebec City, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Negative: The tone of communication was not welcoming and rather threatening. Received at least 3 messages with rules and things not to do - with a threat of fines up to $1000. I understand that the relationship with the neighbor is not good, however, I feel there might be a better way to welcome guests to your place. Also, please keep in mind that the floor in this basement apartment is unfinished cement.
